Set-up costs on sample printing are billed separate from printing costs.

Film Mechanicals: $14.00/sq ft. Price is calculated on the size of artwork at this rate multiplied by the number of colors in the design.
Custom Pantone color matching: +5%
Metallic Inks: +5%
Art-time: $25/half-hour. Rate applied to any in-house fix, prepare, design, or color separation to artwork.
Screens retained 3 months for re-orders.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
PHOTOSHOP
300 dpi Photoshop .tiff, .eps, .psd files.
Size art to match the final print size.
1200 dpi tiff bitmap files.
Halftone screens: 45LPI or less.
Rasterize all fonts and objects.
4 color process printing submit file with layers active @300dpi.
Separated artwork must be in layers.
ILLUSTRATOR
.eps, .ai, or .pdf files with illustrator editing formatted.
Size art to match the final print size.
Outline all fonts.
Placed artwork must also include the support files.
Separated artwork must be in layers.
e-Mail Attachments
Compress all file attachments and support files into one folder .zip or .sit StuffIt. We work on Macs.
